Samantha-Jayne Scriven is qualified in Public Relations & Small Business Management and has decided to go back to her roots she use to go to jobs with her grandfather who was a plumber when she was younger. She has had many years experience in customer service in the hospitality and entertainment industry where she became a marketing/promotional manager. Samantha-Jayne believes that she is able to use her skills that she has gained over the years to help every customer’s roofing and insulation needs. Over the past 18 months she has studied as many aspects of the roofing and insulation.

Mark Graeme Ludbrook – Head Roof Plumber

Mark is a third generation roofer/roof plumber who completed his plumbing apprenticeship in 1991, Ballarat, Victoria. He has vast experience with metal roofing, wall sheeting, and architectural installations (using copper and Rhinezinc) in residential, commercial and industrial applications. His leak fixing skills were honed by working in Darwin for 2 years, learning how to solve problems caused by torrential downpours and cyclones in a tropical climate.

Kristie Shriffer – Apprentice Plumber

Kristie is a 2nd year plumbing apprentice from Master Plumbers Apprentices Limited (MPAL) who started with Roofix Australia Pty Ltd in October 2009. She is excited about learning a new skill within her apprenticeship and is taking to roof plumbing like a duck to water. Under the watchful eye of Mark, Kristie is learning how to be a specialised metal roofer who has great potential within the industry.
