Roofix Australia Pty Ltd is run husband and wife team Mark Ludbrook and Samantha-Jayne Scriven who bring together their strengths to lead the rest of the Roofixing team to bring you the highest quality in service. The business commenced in 2008 in Sydney and Melbourne and has established its name as a trustworthy, reliable brand who specialise in fixing your roofing needs.

Mark comes from a long line of roof plumbers so roofing/roof plumbing is in his blood with his father, grandfather and great-grandfather running the family plumbing/roofing business, Ludbrook Plumbing & Roofing (Ballarat, VIC). With his years of experience Mark head�s up the NSW team guiding them into the future.

Samantha-Jayne�s grandfather was also a plumber/roof plumber and she remembers helping him when she was young handing him tools. Tied in with the management, marketing, public relation and customer service skills that she has obtained over the years she has a determination to bring to the Roofix Australia Pty Ltd customers a higher quality of service with a feminine touch. Through this long line of knowledge and old fashioned values that have been instilled into each of them, they have noticed a gap in the market which has given them the vision of having a national network of Roofixer�s.

Our name say�s not only who we are and what we do, but what we intend to do. Roofix Australia intends to fix roofs Australia wide, with Sydney and Melbourne covered and the rest of the nation soon to follow!

Safety is the number one factor when it comes to our team so at Roofix Australia we are dedicated to the education of our team members so that they have the greatest amount of knowledge to perform their daily tasks in a manner that is safe for themselves and our customers. We are always researching new products that come into the marketplace that are safer to use and better for the environment.

  Samantha-Jayne Scriven is qualified in Public Relations & Small Business Management and has decided to go back to her roots she use to go to jobs with her grandfather who was a plumber when she was younger. She has had many years experience in customer service in the hospitality and entertainment industry where she became a marketing/promotional manager. Samantha-Jayne believes that she is able to use her skills that she has gained over the years to help every customer�s roofing and insulation needs. Over the past 18 months she has studied as many aspects of the roofing and insulation.

  Mark is a third generation roofer/roof plumber who completed his plumbing apprenticeship in 1991, Ballarat, Victoria. He has vast experience with metal roofing, wall sheeting, and architectural installations (using copper and Rhinezinc) in residential, commercial and industrial applications. His leak fixing skills were honed by working in Darwin for 2 years, learning how to solve problems caused by torrential downpours and cyclones in a tropical climate.

  Kristie is a 2nd year plumbing apprentice from Master Plumbers Apprentices Limited (MPAL) who started with Roofix Australia Pty Ltd in October 2009. She is excited about learning a new skill within her apprenticeship and is taking to roof plumbing like a duck to water. Under the watchful eye of Mark, Kristie is learning how to be a specialised metal roofer who has great potential within the industry.
