Roofix Australia has a leak detection and repair service which will cost you $220.00* (GST inclusive) With the leak detection and repair service our Roofessionals will come to your property and with any of the materials that they have on their vehicles they will fix the leak and provide you a quote for a complete roofing solution.

The types of materials that our team have on board at all times are:

• Tiles (Cement / Terracotta) – to replace any broken tiles (a maximum of 5 tiles will be replaced or repaired) after that a quote will be supplied by the Roofessionals.

While the Roofix Australia team are at your property the following leak detection program will occur:

Identify risks and use safety equipment (if required ) to enable.......................

• Digital photos of problem areas
• Inspect all protrusions and make minor repairs
• Clear all sumps, downpipes and gutters from obvious blockages
• Remove debris from roof
• Inspect roof flashings and make warranted repairs
• Check for problems that are specific to your type of roof, membrane or system
• Report on roof condition and expected lifespan
• List out repairs and maintenance requirements

Once back in the office the Roofessionals will type up a written report and send through to the customer. If the customer wishes to proceed with the entire quote issued by Roofix Australia Pty Ltd, we will deduct the fee from the total of the quote provided for you at the time of the leak detection service(1).

During the term of the inspection program, ROOFIX AUSTRALIA will visit the facility up to twice annually or as required. Upon each visit, we will make recommendations for corrective and preventative repairs to keep the roof in a serviceable condition.
